In this paper, we derive an exact black hole spacetime metric in the Einstein–Hilbert–Bumblebee (EHB) gravity around global monopole field. We study horizon, temperature, and photon sphere of hole. Using null geodesics equation, obtain shadow cast by Schwarzschild-like with a topological defect bumblebee gravity. Interestingly, radius increases increase parameter. also visualize shadows energy emission rates for different values parameters. Moreover, using Gauss–Bonnet theorem, calculate deflection angle weak field limits discuss possibility testing effect field, on angle. find that parameter Lorentz symmetry breaking has increasing
